Print on demand
All print on demand products known as POD are printed by the nearest fulfilment outlet to your postcode. This is done automatically based on your IP address.
Ordering: Some products have various sizes and colour options. The price you see first is set to the most inexpensive option.
Please check the size, colour and price you are agreeing to pay.
Your payment details are not shared with a third party.
Your name and address are shared with our print partners to allow delivery.
Your printed items are printed soon after you place your order, however there is a short window to change your mind. Once the item is being printed the order status changes to being fulfilled. We are notified and will let you know about the status of your order.
Returns are based on the product being damaged or not printed as you expected.

Buying Original Paintings
All original paintings on this site: jhwinter.shop, are painted by Julie H Winter.
There are various methods of painting used. Zoom in to look closely at the textures in the painting.
The paintings are unique, however they are painted on various types of canvas such as, deep edge stretched canvas, stretched canvas, and canvas board.
Check the description to find out if a frame is included in the purchase price. The framed paintings are sold as seen.
You may choose to frame your new painting or hang it unframed. When framing, we advise you to take the painting to a professional framer to include a slip and a frame to suit your needs. We can not guarantee that the painting's dimensions will fit a standard frame bought at a retail outlet.
Read the description to find out if the painting has been painted on a canvas board in standard sizes.
Returns: In our experience we have never had any damages in transit, however if this happens contact artistjhwinter@gmail.com for options. Paintings can be repaired, restored, or repainted. However due to their unique nature, any repainted works of art, will also be unique in respect of mark making, colour and composition!
There are apps where you can upload an image to see it in your home. If you need to do this ask us for a download of your chosen image, this will be low resolution so that you would not be able to print it. It will also contain a watermark.
We recommend that you use a tape measure and measure the area against the dimensions of the painting that we provide. Allow some breathing room around the painting of at least 12 cm.
