Print on Demand​

Shipping

Each region, relating to your IP address, has been assigned a shipping cost. This is set by our print partner for each of the products that we offer. Some of the shipping costs are prohibitive and are relative to where the fulfilment centres are located! These costs include packing materials to keep your product safe in transit.

​Returns​

As each product is specifically printed for you on demand, it is expected that you have chosen this willingly.

We therefore are not expecting any returns.

​

However, if your product is not printed correctly or it has been damaged in transit we can offer a full refund. This is done through emailing artistjhwinter@gmail.com, who will contact the print on demand company on your behalf. Photographic evidence will be requested.

Original Paintings​

Paintings are sent direct from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, UK by the artist to your home address. The weight and size of the packaged painting and the location determine the cost of delivery. This is calculated individually, then the most suitable form of parcel delivery is selected. These costs include packing materials to keep your product safe in transit.

​Returns​

Each painting is insured for damage in transit and costs to replace the painting. Historically we have always had our paintings delivered safely by Royal Mail Parcel Force, and similar reputable parcel delivery companies.

However, if your painting has been damaged in transit we can offer a full refund. This is done through emailing artistjhwinter@gmail.com. Photographic evidence will be requested.
